So.. you're not willing to travel to the area with the most active editors from this site (guesstimating, someone can number crunch this if they want) and yet you still want some sort of international get-together. Not to mention that it doesn't make any sense at all to have the majority of editors travelling elsewhere, and the US is (let's face it) pretty much the central location.

AWA is the best you'll probably get, especially for some sort of editor exclusive thing. Sure there are much bigger conventions in Europe or Japan, but the fanbase there is primarily for anime, as they are anime conventions. Really, AWA is the closest thing we have right now to an AMV convention.

Oh, also:

Yeah, i guess ... but as for choosing europe ... i know like 30% of editors are prob from america, but that's y i choose europe ... i mean, i love traveling! but i guess not everyone has the time or money to do that ...bad assumption.
Eh, whatever. Like i said it was just a idea.

you know, going to Atlanta IS traveling for most of us... O.o because its not like atlanta is right next door for everyone, the US is Huge O.o

and if you have never been in the South then you might not realize how different it is from most of the rest of the world.. it has its own unique quirks just like any other place

Ya, sometimes people can forget just how big the US is. A friend comes to visit at Oregon and wants to take a "day trip" to Florida. lol (true story)

well you act like "its right around the corner" for most of us, that going to Atlanta isnt "traveling" because "its too normal"

i highly doubt that the south is anything like Canada :/
