The cuts and the actual editing in this video were very well done; it all looked very good, your scenes were where they needed to be, and it didn't really feel under edited or over edited. What I felt was lacking here was your own personal emotion or dedication to this video. It seems like you made it to...well, make it, if that makes any sense. You weren't really getting inside the fright of Halloween.

Now while the original version of this song would have more successfully allowed for a cartoonier take on it, Manson's version is intentionally darker and more sinister, and not in the comical style that Soul Eater presents. For me, my biggest issue was how far off your actual tone was from the song: that, combined with how I felt like your editing was so uncreative, made this a very boring video to watch. The fact that your editing remained consistant while the song changed is what hurt this the most. I feel like you acknowledged the song changes adequately and just that. This could be due to you rushing to get this finished and not being able to spend more time on it, but it really hurt your overall impact I think.

You can sync a video up to the song adequately but that doesn't always make it a good video. This video was lacking heart; it felt dry, repetitive, and stunningly superficial which adds no replay value what-so-ever.

Great editing, more thought would be nice. 3/5

and @ Reda, i must say i couldnt care less about that symbol, but people could be offended, maybe they have lost a family member or something and i think it should be changed.

Someday! I'm totally on a Soul Eater kick right now and have more ideas I want to do with it, but at the same time, I kinda want break from it after this thing. But Digi definitely hasn't been forgotten.

I'll defiantly admit that my deadline hurt this vid a bit. I'm a pretty slow editor, and I had to do in one month what would probably take me two, give or take a few weeks. And as I said, I ended up editing until the last minute, so that made me a little panicky and I ended up putting scenes that only sorta fit in a few places. That and the pact that I only had about 40 out of the 51 eps, to be honest this vid probably wasn't the best it could be in some ways.

I'm a little confused about what you mentioned about the editing staying the same when the music changed. Any part in the vid you can point our in particular?
