I now have mixed feelings about Qwazar. The trailer made it look borderline pornographic.

I read Ch. 1 of the manga for Gwazer awhile back to see if it was as pervy as I thought it would be.
'Exceeded my definition of perviness. o_- Its definitely has ecchi, and lots of it. In a way, I'm somewhat glad I read into it before episode 1 came out. I'd be in the fetal position within minutes ifI saw Ch. 1 animated.

And now I'm really confused about Seikon no Qwasar. The first episode was clearly edited to exclude the nudity and much of the fanservice, which I was actually looking forward to for once. The trailer led me to expect a high quality of animation that rarely has nudity but would present it magnificently. Why would they have nudity in the trailer but cut it out when it goes on the air, other than as a cheap marketing tactic? I was crudely disappointed, and I'll feel undernourished if I have to watch this show in less than what it means to be. I'm dropping unless there is an uncensored simulcast.

In other news, the only thing solidly watching this season is Hidamari Sketch. Juries are out on Vampire Bund and Durarara for the time being.

Wait for the BD. Censorship KILLED it.

That or, wait two weeks for the supposedly uncesored airing on AT-X, MBS or TokyoMX.

Well Durarara was okay, but it got me into the characters which is what i liked about Baccano! though this show seems it will take a much different route with it and maybe even surpass. Time will tell on that. Will get vampire later and Qwazar i guess when the uncensored is out.
