Hey, I really enjoy the anime spotlight--it's nice to see an AMV without having to download the entire thing. But I don't see any way to rate the spotlight videos. Is there a quick way to give it a star rating, or do I need to go in and download it?

You'll have to be logged in and grab the video from its info page to rate it. My guess is that the star rating stuff was left out so that non-members can access it.
