Also, to add on to that, if you're using Photobucket and the gif is larger than 1mb, it gets resized and that can mess up the resolution

he's uling them to photobucket, and there is that 250kb limit so they're all resized

You could use ourworld, 500Kbs limit or it doesn't get uploaded at all.
