I think I made a eva thread that didn't get touched as well, then one was made later and it did.. maybe I just can't make series threads in the screencap forums, though I did make a zelda thread and that got attention. Whatever.. It seems like most of the time I make a thread and didn't care for it, it dies out, witch is the case for the eva and the Haruhi thread I made. If I make a thread because I wanted it, it gets mad attention. Whatever. Either way it's like what the fuck. I'm sure megaman917 is more enthusiastic about the series.

Don't fluster over it, it's not your fault.

Dunno about Eva, but in the case of Haruhi it took some time for the 'virus' to catch on. Hell, even I'm only a recent 'convert'.

Megaman just posted it at a strategically-correct moment for people to start posting it, now that there's as many people interested in Haruhi as there are pictures floating around.

...by the way, did noone find the fact that I actually went out and posted a whole bunch of screencaps on this forum odd? I think it's the first time I actually posted anything substantial on here.

It's mainly because it has pretty distinct, fairly realistic characters, yet an absolutely absurd story. It basically appeals to everybody: it's a comedy that's consistantly funny, it has as much fanservice as a Ken Akamatsu story, it's got a complex subplot like Eva, the animation never degrades, and it has a pretty strong romantic plot to it. It falls under so many genre categories its scary.
