meh, this really is getting repetitive, each ep seems to introduce a new person, have a brief fight at the end and then rinse and repeat on the next ep. there's been no real plot development aside from the king's pillar part since the first few eps.

the fact that the fights are so predictable now is also a downer, they're really just 30 seconds of eyecandy now.

I'm feeling the same: I do wish the battles were more involved with the plot. The next episode's preview looks like it'll have a similar vibe from episode 10, so I'm hoping more things are going to emerge soon. I believe the show has potential, but the pacing is just sucking. =c

I swear, if we learn of the Glittering Star Crux's plans by an episode in the 20's, I'm going to flip a table. xDD

ok, 2 more eps to go and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED, wtf is with this series, we know absolutely nothing about any of the main characters that we didn't learn in the first 2 eps or what glittering krux is and what do they want, how were the cybodies made and what the heck is the shiny alternate world all about, who is takuto and how did he get tauburn, along with a dozen other questions. We've been introduced to new characters in almost every single ep, many of which never even show up again. I'm going to finish this series just so I can rage some more about how poorly done the plot has been, that and the fact that every single fight has been completely one sided and predictable (in fact every ep has been pretty predictable. random everyday school life scenes + some random character showing up with some background history + a fight at the end, which takuto always wins. that's been the gist of almost every ep. The storyline is comparable to the old power ranger series).

This is a two cours show
And we've known what the Crux want for ages now: to break the seals on the maidens (in the proper order, presumably) so that the cybodies can be used in the real world for fun, profit, and WORLD DOMINATION.

We've been introduced to new characters in almost every single ep, many of which never even show up again.

This show is super ridiculous about including characters. Name one that hasn't shown up again. Or point I guess, since names are hard to keep track of, especially since almost everyone has at least two.

It's probably better to think about this show less in terms of normal narrative (by which its pacing seems strange) and more in the terms of, say, Ancient Greek hero myths. The trials of Heracles, perhaps (certainly a comparable structure), although with all the Phoenician they're throwing around something from there would probably be more appropriate.

But yeah, didn't love episode 11.
And you're right. There's still about one million things they haven't even come close to explaining. Episode 12 looks to have the same 'meh' sort of vibe, too. =c

I think Im able to enjoy this show a lot because I really dont expect much from it anymore, lol.

I don't entirely mind peeking into these character's heads. The bit of development and Suguta helping out Takuto in the end kept this episode from feeling like a filler to me. Yeah, we still have unanswered questions and the plot is moving at the speed of slow, but I feel like this episode still served a bit of a purpose.

Of course, I'm in it a lot for the animation too. I'd still like to see an ep-long battle in Zero Time to change things up.

Anyways, 13 was alright I guess.
I didn't like her backstory one bit: a very poor representation of unrequited love. Just seemed like it was thrown in there, y'know?

Episode 14's battle looks at least more promising, but gawsh I wish it would get back to episodes 6 - 9's epic vibes soon. ;3;
