Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

More Pillar!

On a serious note, I think the project became a bit too big, too many songs etc. I got a tad bored around 60-75% of the vid. Still some nice editing to be seen here.

I mostly enjoyed this project. My one pet peive is some of the distorted aspect ratios (in one of the naruto tracks) and subpar quality compared to the rest, you probably should have either corrected this yourself when including them, or had the original editor correct it and leave it out if that wasn't possible. (maybe include in an extras or something on DVD)

Otherwise, the editing on some of the tracks were realy good. Especially liked the Advent children and bleach ones. Peacemaker kuragane tracks has interested me in checking out the series, and some of the other tracks were also pretty good. All in all, I'd call it a successfull first MEP endevour for you girls. :D You should try your hand at another, and them maybe this time I won;t have to drop out ;p

what can i say. some parts i really liked and others i didn't. i really liked the bleach and advent children, peacemaker parts.
hajime no ippou part was a nice surprise as well. not enough AMVs for this anime...
yes quality wasn't really consequtive but i guess it's natural for meps to work this way.
as always im happy to see a vid managed by sierra lorna and silver moon. also liked the work other creators put in this.

so in the end i think this project was succesfull since it raised the questions about what is christian or not and what is a christian messege or not and the rest of those just like any project or work on those matters should.

i don't know about mainstream music or not but i definately enjoyed some of the music in this vid. i can't really tell if this should be more enjoyable for christian people than the rest but this atheist is keeping it.

Oh yes. I have to wonder if the editor of that one was being dead serious when s/he was making it.

I wasn't able to get into the rest of the vid so much, as most of the tracks were too short.
