I heard somewhere that this was going to be a short series, but episode 17 has a new opening and from the looks of it, this might be a longer anime. Maybe. We shall see.

This series definitely has potential of going more than one season though I think this one will last only 24 episodes despite the late new OP sequence (which by the way, I found the OP song to be disappointing

).

And while I wait for the next episode.....

You know, I had the exact same feeling watching the 2nd op. They'll probably do something similar as with Shana, meaning that we probably won't see Index 2 for at least a year or so.

I'm sorry, but everything that happened in that last chapter was total crap. It was really confusing, underexplained, and it ended with a DEUS EX MACHINA.
