Haruhi Blows Up: As I mentioned above, the full credit needs to be: (Excerpt from "Youtube Poop: Haruhi Blows Up") and also like I mentioned above, the audience just isn't going to be ready for something that random that early on. We definitely have to warm them up for something like that. This is definitely a second-half clip. I guess you decided not to use Hair Back and Forth? I really did love that one as a transition out of Muppet Babies though... damn. Anyway, I suggest moving the Haruhi Blows Up clip to right after Toys R Us. Some reason the idea of the commercial for toys, then little Imouto happily blasting Kyon in the face seems like it'll work well together

If this happens, I suggest switching Friend on the Other Side and 1800 Contacts to mix up humor, so the order would end up Toys R Us, Haruhi Blows Up, Friends on the Other Side, 1800 Contacts. This way if there IS laughter for Haruhi Blows Up, transformation central's first couple lines can pad it. Does this work for everyone?
In its place, I really want to get back Hair Back and Forth, but an alternative short clip could be breast miniatures or Swiper no Swiping? They fit where they are though... any ideas?
Fluffy: Already mentioned. Just have to make sure all the fluffy clips are re-sent to you with the updated audio.
Dokuro-chan: Mentioned above, that jittering is the only real issue.
Chobits: Lack of test pattern already mentioned. But should it be right next to my USA one? Quick shift suggestion:
-Switch Chobits with Funky Town right next to it. Same with Leprechaun and My Buddy. That way it'll go USA, Funky Town, Chobits, My Buddy, then Leprechaun. Sound good everyone?
After Any Last Words explosion: This shouldn't be a fade I think, this should be a test pattern. We cut to the credits on a test pattern last year, that would work stronger I think.
Robot Unicorn: If you want to keep the small explosion, I won't argue. But do you think you could move the explosion to the right where he collides with the star and then just cut him out on that same frame? Because right now he continues to run into and through the explosion, and I think that's why I wanted the full screen explosion, because it felt off. In the game, he explodes on contact, in this the star explodes, and that's always struck me as feeling off, I just couldn't tell what it was until now. Does that make sense? Would you be willing to give it a try? I think that'll make it even stronger.
Gundam Fail: Yeah, not sure why you cut off that line. This time though I heard the right place to cut to that clip. After that high-pitched "Aaaaaah" right after the credits go off screen, there's that sort of pre-explosion explosion that ends at almost exactly 26:41. Fade that sound out before the next explosion noise happens, then cut right into the Gundam clip. No fading whatsoever. That should do the trick. And do NOT overlap the music with the clip, that will not work.
Credit for last clips: I don't know if it'd work to credit the last two clips in the credits, moonbunnychan. It'll kind of give away our jokes, won't it? Last year the last Haruhi Geico Money one was left out as well. What if perhaps Deuce could put a low-opacity 'moonbunnychan' in the corner so it's noticable for those looking for it, but not distracting to the actual joke so you had a sort of watermark on it? Sound reasonable?
Last three clips: Still feel like we could switch these around for some stronger clips to finish on. I love them all, but the Slappy Squirrel one doesn't really have any type of climax or punchline that grows throughout the clip. What do people think of switching this one with my Leprechaun one? I keep going back to that first beta when all my clips were at the end, and somehow they felt stronger near the end. (If we do switch this, you can keep My Buddy where it is from my first comment) I don't want to make a unilateral decision about my own clip though, so I want to hear what you all think.
speaking of which:
Leprechaun: How was the audio in the room? I still am nervous about this clip being too low. I can raise the volume but this is already normalized, I'd be nervous about quality. But I CAN raise the volume and keep it from spiking, even if it might distort the audio a bit. Everyone think I should?
Credits: Agreed with moonbunnychan, you should probably stroke the white text with a 1 or 2 pixel black line (whichever works). But I have to go one further and say that the font you chose for the titles ends up being a bit difficult to read sometimes. Can you try out a clearer font with better shape definition? It's an okay font, I just wonder if there's one that allows the words to be read quicker, since the credits are going a bit faster this year.
ENDING CLIPS: This is the weakest part of our production by far. Our generally blank credits. We have nothing to keep the people in the seats after the first ten-twenty seconds, and after last year, I think they'll feel a bit jipped by that. Have you considered a way to edit down the explosion song and put my Gundam Fail under the credits a few seconds in? Unlike last year, where my Haruhi one worked as a continuation, we don't really have anything else that could count as a continuation that wouldn't just be there for the sake of being there. Any thoughts? You guys were there for the credits, even if it won't be on the reaction vid, so your observations are what matters.
