thanks, I read a few of the manga, but the store I go to get them is only got up til like vol.27 er sompin

I've saw on my TV guide that there are new episodes coming up, I wished they'd have showed them sooner, I'm almost done with this anime, I'm so eager ^_^

umm yes you are, but don't take it in a bad way, it just means your not alone..because I too am crazy....but not about seshoumarou, in that class you alone. wallow in it...............with all the other seshy fan-girls

Yeah right. Sesshomaru may have saved her life and all, but he's still got this major superiority complex going. Besides, I think he'd want to avoid making another half-demon like the plague.

That does raise an interesting (if somewhat common) question, though. Just what does Sesshomaru think of Rin? Is she like a daughter or more like a pet? Personally, I think he sees her as kind of a pet. A very well liked pet, granted, and he'd probably kill Jaken if any real harm came to her, but still a pet.

She has to be more than a pet to him, considered he went through alot of crap to guarantee her safety.

for them being a couple, i'd say she would have a chance more than anyone.

I've recently seen the movie(the third one, adult swim) and I notice the smile inu-taisho put on when he found out that izyoi (misspelled) was still alive

seshoumarou probly feels and attachment to her, through sublemenal genes that came from his father, something deep inside him, keeps him from hating them, he probly feels more like her guardian(I'm not saying he doesn't think of her as a pet) but he does feel sometype of attachment, remmeber the episode when naraku kidnapped her? seshoumaru stopped himself from transforming and then went and almost killed kohaku because he posed at threat to rin,

all-in-all, I think he does have a supressed love for rin, even if it is how one would love a pet (not jakken though)hehe

I'm not saying there isn't a strong attachment there, don't get me wrong. If a favorite pet of mine were stolen I'd be pretty tempted to rip whoever did it apart.

They do look awfully sweet together, though, don't they? In a kind of father/daughter sort of way, even if he doesn't think of her that way I'm sure she does.

yeah, she was an orphan, so maybe she had a "serraget father" complex, and she follows him, to fill the absense(misspelled) of her parents

OR Sesshomaru could be holding her for something special. ex:He could be protecting her now so that when she gets older(like 10 or 11), he could teach her how to fight and she could one of his most trusted assassins. There are a lot of demons and humans who have barriers and weapons and such for demons but they wouldn't expect a human! Or he would train her but just use her for like stuff that he don't feel like doing and that too much for Jaken. (everything is too much for Jaken
