I think it's a codec problem.

Try reinstalling XviD (if you already have it).

ah cheers m8, ive sorted it now, its was the "ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder" which has a negative reaction to the Xvid Codec... thanx Maverick... man your a life saver seriously, thank again

just think i almost missed out on Naruto Episode 64 & 69 because of that
