A bra is a woman's undergarment.

The character Bra (Bulla in the English dub version) actually made her first appearance near the end of DBZ. She is the daughter of Bulma & Vegeta. She was sitting with Bulma and the others, while Goku, Vegeta, Goten, Trunks, and Pan were participating in the World's Martial Arts Tournament. She was about 3yrs old then.
