If you're talking about WMM tools section, I can't find the compatability section. I did tools > Options

And the only things were General and advanced, I didn't see any compatability at all... >_>

It appears to be version 5.1, service pack 2

Odd that you don't have that then. Definitely sounds like a codec problem though.

Try the stuff on this page if you haven't already.
