I'll have a more completed track once this week is up. We have a lot of corporate firms coming to my college this week to interview, and I have a desire to get a job with one of them for this fall.

Well, I scoured all of my available sources that I could possibly use for my second track. I went through all the scenes I could. Either I didn't have the scenes I needed or the scenes I found were just too horribly distorted by the AMVApp that it was unrecognizable or just to gross to look at. I can tweak it some, but I'm not gonna guarantee big changes to the track. After these tweaks it will be ready for final. I do apologize.

I normally don't like to make excuses. But, my DVD Ripper is on the fritz at the moment and won't let me burn any new sources to try and alleviate the problem. There is also no other computer in the house that will allow me to do so and transfer over.

I'll tweak it as best I can and send you guys a revised beta of that track when I wake up to see if it can be used for beta. The Fullmetal Panic! doesn't bother me too much since it goes quick and is only there to fill in for the lyrics I needed to fill and for the scenes of other animes that I amusing that don't have those kinda scenes. I actually really like what I have going in this beta but I will try some fixes based on what you guys told me but more than 90% sure the FMP is gonna be there to stay.

As for the Vandread beta, I'll be fixing what you guys suggested then submitting it to see if you guys approve it for a final or not.

On a side note. I need a download link for the new zarxgui and a quick runthrough tutorial since it's been a while since I used it. I haven't used it in a long while because my past computers just stopped liking it. So now that this computer can run it, I need a refresher course so a dl link and tutorial would be nice. Thanks.

I'll shoot you something later [with beta reviews] about how to best use it. OH, and I highly reccomend that you update Huffy and Lagarith to their latest builds. You'll have to go to their sites to do that though.

I'm using Vegas, so if you can, please help with the blended frames because I'm not as experienced as everyone else and I have no idea how to fix that D:

And yeah, I'll try different shots, less with Chi maybe. I have no idea what to do with the part at 0:18 because the one kiss scene later in the beta is the only one in the entire anime. ;A;

Zooms. I'll get rid of the one at 0:05. xD And I'll try to sync better ;A;

well without re econding your footage the only thing you can do is right clip on your clips > properties > Disable resample

When you're converting in VirtualDub make sure your fps is 23.976 or 29.97(most people edit with these two) and also check your project/rendering settings are at the same fps as your source.

Gonna do a little work on it tomorrow. My track is almost finished, I'm just having to do a lot of lip flap removal and with the windy scenes, its hard. XD

oh, and I'm attempting to replace the text with photoshop. Time consuming, but I think it will look nice.

HEY GUYS!! BIG UPDATE!!

ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL I AM CURRENTLY UPLOADING A REMASTERED VERSION OF CASCADATHON 1. WITH ALL THE TRIMMING. FIXED TIMING (WHICH I REMEMBER WAS A BIG COMPLAINT OF THE ORIGINAL RELEASE), ALL OF THE FANCY EFFECTS AND SUCH NOW APPEAR ON THE YOUTUBE VIDEO ITSELF INSTEAD OF THE WASHED OUT LOOK THAT YOUTUBE GAVE IT BEFORE. SO IT NOW LOOKS WAY MORE CRISP AND TIGHTER THAN IT EVER DID ON INITIAL RELEASE. I HOPE THIS ALLEVIATES SOME ISSUES THAT YOU C-1ERS HAD WITH INITIAL RELEASE, THAT AND THE OTHER REASON I UPLOADED IT WAS BECAUSE I SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT I HAD TO DO IT AND THAT IT NEEDED IT PLUS I'M ON A NEW CHANNEL AND AM NO LONGER ON THE CHANNEL THE ORIGINAL UPLOAD WAS ON WHICH NOW HAS LIKE 3.7K VIEWS AND LIKE A 100 COMMENTS LOL.
