Hey, even though this can't be uploaded to the .org, I wanted to check it out anyway since it's your first video. I'm not going to get too critical here, since you're just learning, but in general, I think this was a good first effort. You definitely have a feel for the flow of music and attention to lyrics. The first of my two main criticisms would be that when you fade to white or black, occasionally those fades were really, really long. Even in a slow song, it's usually preferable to keep the clips moving along at a decent pace or else the video seems to drag. The second criticism is to avoid repeating clips. Yes, it does make logical sense that if the chorus repeats, you would want to repeat the clips you used, but as a viewer, it gets visually boring to see the same things once again. It's kind of like telling the same joke twice in a comedy routine. It just doesn't go over as well the second time because it's not fresh and original anymore.
That said, I hope you'll keep giving this hobby a shot, because you have the basics down and I think you could be a great editor with more practice. So keep at it!

way better than my first AMV. Didn't watch the whole thing, I don't like drama vids, but it had decent PQ and it seemed like you have the right AR and AQ was good, the video actually had sync and was smooth. 5/5

Thanks for the advice Ultima I'll try to keep that in mind. And kickass I am not sure what half of those abbreviations mean. I think AQ is audio quality. But thanks for at least watching some of it.
