Converting MKV with AVS preserving subtitles.

I am trying to convert EVA 2.0 and AVS converter puts all the subtitles on one line. IT also adds the script in most parts as well as puts the songs on the same line so you miss half the dialogue when watching those parts, like the ENDING!!! Grrr. Anyways....please if anyone knows how to convert MKVs keeping the original subtitles it would be really helpful. This file is a Blu Ray rip as well and I would like to keep the quality.

first of all, start by "pulling the sub-titles and Fonts"
from the Video before you get ready to convert the Video.

next pull the Audio and Video and store it in a Zero-Compression
editable container.

.. Now figure-out what you want to do with it!!!
Subtitles and Fonts can always be re-inserted;
Video and Audio can always be re-sized.

then it will seem Very out-of-place with the finished product."

I'm positive that EVA 2.0 is licensed by Funimation in your country, so you should be buying the blu-ray disc itself, instead. Thread locked.
