Uploading process issue

Hi. I tried to upload a video, but it's not showing up. I properly uploaded it on the ftp and confirmed the upload. In fact I had reached the confirmation queue page. However, the video isn't showing up yet, and the queue says there are 8 videos pending. What should I do?
