This is a pretty decent action video - good composition, good sync. The video quality is rough though, especially right at the beginning - I almost stopped watching right there.

Thanks. I'm not sure what happened. Vegas Pro just crapped out on me when i rendered. also the quality is bad cause i had some conversion problems with some of the clips, especially the ones after the bridge started.
