I recently started using vegas 11 and I encoutred this problem with radial blur
The problem is that just the fact that I'm using this effect makes the video like this (even with the effect's strength set up on 0)
This is how it looks when I set it up on 0,2 (type fixed radius but there is the same problem for all three options)
Anyone else encountred this? Or maybe even solved it?
