Looks like glow from After Effects. The best way of doing this in Vegas would be using Vegas glow... (it just isn't as pretty.) Basically keyframe the glow so it increases in intensity until it covers the screen.

The glow was made from Sony vegas' Levels effect. Use the brighten preset and keyframe the effect so that it occurs between 2 clips.

yea as i know madarax uses that often...keyframe the level effect to make it bright at last heyframe of the 1st clip...and then put a keyframe with the same *level effect settings* at the satart of clip 2...and a few frames later set another keyframe with the *default* settings...what i wanna know is how to the camera work/transitioning etc he keeps on doing at the start of the clip..coz hell if i ever managed to get it

I tried with Levels but it light up both the dark and the light parts of the clip, the glow effect seems to be more similar combined with some brightness/contrast... I need to play a bit with it :book:
thanks for the comments guys!

So yeah, i usually use AE for make my glows, but that was made with SV, i use a white solid (the layer mode in add) and i added gaussian blur, i just that, hope it helps! but i think its better make them in AE, i made it on vegas only because i had 1-2 hours for make that track xD

Try messing around with Levels and/or Glow.
