Nice! Stylish editing and pretty well matched mood with the anime. The light flickering was a good idea since it really adds to the atmosphere. 
I also liked the Rail Tracer "movie" idea around midway, though the text feels kinda sudden since you didn't really use it anywhere else in the AMV except for the end with the "man like that" - so yeah it feels a bit random. Otherwise pretty good!

Perfect timing, I've had a mighty need for some Baccano goodness. The song compliments Baccano well, and I agree that the light flickering added to the atmosphere - though I also agree that the text felt odd. Also, I'm not sure if you used an effect or if it's just how the footage looked, but the fight with Ladd and the Rail Tracer seemed lower quality and that was a bit distracting. But it was really fun and well edited overall, I've already watched quite a few times.
