Why Does My AMV get copyright infringement due to audio

So i created an amv and put the song skillet by hero in it.Now YouTube gave me copyright disclaimer but i saw other people without copyright posting the video without any copyrights with the same audio i.e. the same song on the same day and they don't get copyright infringement and the song name is also displayed in their description.So why the hell does YouTube have a specific problem with my AMV's.Please help me here is the link of my amv

YouTube will recognize almost all music audio sources and will warn you about it, you can check that disclaimer for more details. Most will stay up but simply just force ads yet the video itself will be fine.
