Favorite Anime Charactors?

Who are your favorite anime charactors and why?

Mine are-
1) Kyou Souma(Fruits Basket)-
Why I like him is far beyond the fact that he's a cat, if you saw the last epsiode of Fruis Basket you would know why I like him so much. I don't think one person who didn't watch Fruits Basket disliked Kyou, it must be his personality.

2)Sakuma(Gravitation)-
He's the person in my sig ^^.
He's sweet, hyper, cute, and pretty. He's 31 and carries around a stuffed animal wherever he goes ^_^;; I usually like the sweet, stupid people, that's why I like him so much.

3)Nick D. WolfWood(Trigun)-
He's in my avator....
^^;; It's hard to explain why I like him so much....

4)Duo Maxwell(Gundam Wing)-
He's pretty, he's got a kick a** Gundam and he can do just about anything.

5)Anthy Himeymia(SK Utena)-
Most people really like Juri but she just did effect me as much as everyone else. I like charactors with intresting pasts...I can't explain why else I like her so much.

my favorite anime character has to be Gats from berserk, there is no one cooler or who is a bigger bad ass.
my second favorite is wufe chang, the way he goes into battle "if you are ritcheus than you shall win!" he fights hard and honorably
third is jubie kibagame from ninja scroll, again this guy is really cool. he is relaxed about every situation and doesn't give up until the fight is over

Mine favorites are...

Meek/Mike - (my avatar ^_^). Meek works hard, is strong, fast, and has purple eyes XD. She also wears goggles, says "-mya" after everything and lives on on Di Gi Charat planet.

Hikaru - (Angelic Layer)- Mostly fast but also strong, she can win any battle despite of the incompetence of her deus, Misaki. She kills everyone with her rolling thunder and has a kickass outfit.

Arle Nadja- The main character of the Puyo Puyo and Madou Monogatari games. She goes to a magic school and likes to eat. She even wanted to eat the merman who shows off his legs and mermaid who couldn't get out of the bathtub. She has a million perverts after her and still makes it to the top to defeat Satan, who likes her as well. Kaa-kun is her buddy and Kaa-kun is also the best ^_^.

Kain - (Di Gi Charat Fantasy) I like him because he is a pretty swordsman ^^;

Milfeulle Sakuraba - main character of Galaxy Angel, my username, and she has "good luck" ^^;;.

Lesse...I like

Seishirou Sakurazuka- Tokyo Babylon/X (He's just so cool and sexy)
Alucard-Hellsing (I love his voice and mannerisms...especially in the manga)
Integral-Hellsing (She's such a strong character. Makes her so cool)
K-Gravitation (C'mon. How can you not like K?)
Shuichi-Gravitation (My avatar. He makes me laugh ^_^)
Sakura-Cardcaptor Sakura (I want...like everything she has...)

*points to the left* Souji Mikage, from Utena's reviled second arc. The fact that everything he does is so ambiguous really intrigues me, because I like to think about things and wonder why they were the way they were. (NOT, however, stuff that's bizarre for the sake of being bizarre, that's different.)

Psychologically his case was interesting - at first sealed off from any human feeling (though we're never told why), and when "threatened" by the promise of a real human contact, he first drove away the person who inspired it, then displaced all his attention on someone safe, who wouldn't challenge his mental walls. After that, of course, living in this sort of obsessive dreamworld, being played for a pawn while thinking he's actually in control, yadda yadda.

Faye Valentine, Cowboy Bebop. Gotta be the most true-to-life female character I've seen yet in anime. Attractive and tough, but not stereotypically so - and her fanserviceyness, for ONCE, actually makes sense for her personality. (None of this "oops, oh no, I'm naked! Teehee!" BS. ;P)

Jet and Edward get honorable mentions as well. I'm not sold on Spike yet, simply because "chasing after mysterious lost love" storylines drive me up the wall.

hmm.

Well, those are the main ones.

There are a lot that I just think are cool, but without any well-thought-out reasons.

I don't know I havent seen that much anime but I would have to say Gene Starwind and Gotenks.

now this is just opinion but but how can you like gene starwind, the guy's only skill is those casters and when he runs out he's screwed, i do enjoy outlaw star, the story is cool but gene is a real wuss, so how can you say he's your favorite? what do you like about him

Gene starwind isn't a bad character. I just don't see how he can have Gotenks for a fav. character. Of course i'm not a big DBZ fan.
