This is a very well-edited AMV that's worth watching!

Gawd. I always knew Lain was a weird anime, but not this weird
. I wasn't a big fan of the leterbox overlays that you added around 2:15, but the editing was still pretty solid overall. And the mood was definitely on point

Re: I'm The Only Me, Right? [Serial Experiments Lain AMV]
This is one of my favorite songs by probably my favorite band, so there are certain standards I was expecting going into watching this. Most of them were met, although there were several things I wish you had done differently...I think the intro portion should have had some lip sync to it, or it should have been cut out entirely. You could have gotten away with just starting the video where the actual song starts and I think it would have been better. Also, I was really hoping to see some kind of sync to the ch-ch-ch drum beats around 1:31, for example, and I agree with kireblue regarding the letterboxes -- they didn't really look right and seemed to just be added in for...no good reason. Finally, I really wish this video had more focus, it didn't really seem to be telling a story or even attempting a concept other than mood sync, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, you got the mood of the video dead-on and the editing with the camera movements at the song's climax(es) was reallllly satisfying. I definitely enjoyed the video overall, as it had the feel a video like this, to this song specifically, should have. I can overlook most of the issues I mentioned, and you'll have to forgive me if it seems nitpicky -- I've spent plenty of time thinking about how I'd edit to this song if I ever did, so I can't help making comparisons. Nevertheless, great job on this
