[HELP] AE time remapping + mask ???

Hi, i'm really new and i'm trying to do my first amv but i alreasy have a probleme on after effect.
i need to time remap a a part of a video and then put a mask on it but the mask work only if i desactivate my time remapping.
if someone know how to solve this pls help me

Can you create a pre-composition for the time-remapped clip, and then apply the mask on top of that?
