Local downloads intermittently not working

Been trying to download various videos over the past few days. Sometimes it works like normal, but more often than not I get to this page:



...and it'll stall for several seconds before timing out. The alternate download link shown in the image above also does not work. Any ideas on what the issue is?

EDIT: Just some additional information, I've tried to do this at multiple points throughout the day on different days and there doesn't seem to be any pattern to when it works and when it doesn't.

Unfortunately, our local server is currently unresponsive. We are working to solve the problem and will let you all know when we can get the service restored.

Everything should be working now. But If you're still experiencing an issue, try clearing your cache.
