What is it with Kazaa and Trigun?

Those of you use Kazaa probably haven't noticed this. I noticed it because I have 90+ AMVs stored on my hard drive and I got most of them off Kazaa. What I am talking about is Trigun. After getting 90+ AMVs it becomes startlingly clear that about 1/4 of them are from Trigun. Of course, there are even more from the Dragonball (Z, GT) series', but they have at least 300 episodes. Besides, the majority of heavy metal AMVs are set to DBZ fight scenes. But Trigun has only 26 episodes, the standard fare for any anime series that isn't Dragonball Z or Robotech.

So my point is, whats up with all the Triun AMVs?

Did I mention it's popular and available everywhere?

Besides, have you searched for all the typical megahuge ones? Eva, DBZ, Final Fantasy (you wouldn't believe how many of those are out there)?

yeah, truly a load of amvs out there on those other stuff, way more in total minutes then i'll probably be able to live in this life.

I'll be the first to admit I have way too much free time (and way too little space left on my hard drive). Actually, the number of Final Fantasy AMVs surprised me as well. Even though they have quite a few games, it can't have so many diverse cut scenes to make the number of AMVs I've seen. Evangelion also has a lot of AMVs, but I've found that while this site has many Eva AMVs, in Kazaa they are a minority, especially compared to Trigun.
Of course, Vash is the man. I've even been thinking of doing a Trigun AMV myself, so I suppose its contagious.

I don't seem to understand the importance of your observations in terms of the wider scheme of things. Show me some pie charts.

If I made a pie chart for every person who asked me to make them a pie chart... well, I'd be making a pie chart right now. But I don't, and I'm not. So I'll just try to simplify it with text:

DBZ:
Has lots of footage (300+ eps and 10+ movies)
About 40% of Kazaa AMVs are from DBZ

Trigun:
Standard amount of footage (26 eps)
About 30% of Kazaa AMVs are from Trigun

As you can plainly see, the footage to AMV quantity ratio is vastly uneven. Obviously Trigun has either more diverse footage, or is just plain cooler.
