Out of the videos you've made, which is your favorite???
Exactly as the title says!
Vegeta's Rage (Shove It!): an amv I made for a friend's b-day. Done to the tune of the Deftone's "My Own Summer". I like it because it was really easy to get the timing perfect and the video quality is much better than my older videos. I like the song too!
Madly In anger with You: pretty much all my music videos, except for about 3 or 4, are mainly focused on DBZ and this one is one of'em. It has a slight yaoi them to it and the main story is Vegeta's hatred towards Goku.
I first heard the song "St.Anger" and it was just screaming out for a yaoi AMv to be made. currently, i have the first 3 minutes done and i'm already running out of clips!! Damn Metallica and their delishiously long 10 minute hate athems!!!
Anime Behaving Badly: One of my music videos that's not devoted entirely to DBZ. Mainly random clips of various animes, done to the tune of "The Ballad of chasey Lane". it's so unbelievely cheesy I can't stand it!!
But it's very funny. there's some slight hentai during the lyrics "You've had a lot of d**k" involving Lason and Rikki from Ai no Kusabi *starts drooling*
Now You're A Saiyen: an ode To The Monkey Prince! If you can't guess from the title, it's an amv i did for a friend, made entirely of shots of Vegeta. Played to the tune of DVDA's "Now You're A Man" from the Orgazmo soundstrack. It's one of the most absurd music videos I've made and there's a hilerious shot from a banned episode of Pokemon during the lyrics "What makes a man, is it the woman in his arms? Just cuz she has big tittys.."
What about you guys? what amvs of yours do you love and why?

Oi, now I can reply to this. And since it was started by a vagrant yaoi fan, I can be as blunt as I like. ^_^ Okay, to keep it small, I'll just do my top 5 favorite vids.
'In Love': This is a YYH vid featuring Kurama and Hiei in a rather shonen ai setting, done to 'If You Still Believe' from Legend of Dragoon. This is definitely my favorite amv that I've done, mostly because it was an attempt at a virtual fanfic. The story is something I'd thought over a year before I ever thought of doing an actual amv, so it was definitely set ahead of the video itself. And though it's a long vid (long song), I can watch it over and over. It's also the favorite of my fic-readers, so I guess it's good enough to make us happy.
'No Need': My newest amv, this is another YYH idea I had long before I did the video. The song is 'Bother' by Corey Taylor, and it was actually a request by a fellow ficwriter I know. I failed miserably trying to make it a 'friend-only' video featuring Kurama, Hiei, and Yusuke, but it's rather unique even with the inevitable shonen ai overtone. This vid taught me that I can't do an amv with 3 guys who are very close without even non-yaoi fans seeing more than platonic feelings. So I guess I won't bother next time.
'Without You': Until Shasta gets her vids up (^_~) this is the only yaoi dbz vid I've found on the org, featuring Vegeta and Goku, and using 'Always' by Saliva. The actual editing of this went rather well, and the story's there, even if the dvd capture didn't turn out as well as it should have. I think I like this one because of the 'different' use of dbz footage. It's also my only dbz amv.
'End of Time': A yaoi Inuyasha amv, this is anothe first. Of course, it's also the first video I received a flame for using yaoi with (and from someone who didn't even bother to watch the video), but that's more of an ego boost than anything. The capture quality isn't as good as many of my other vids, but the sync was a marked improvement over its predecesors, so I have fond memories of this video. It's set to ATB's 'You're Not Alone.'
'In Your Arms': My very first multi-anime video, and my first mix of action and romance. The actual scene choices were pretty cliche since the theme was basically just characters falling into each other's arms, but it was a fun video to make. And it has a lot of animes that have never been combined before, which is always nice.
Well, that's 5. Now it's time for the non-yaoi fans to tell about their favorite vids. And the way I see it, this is a good post to have here since it's a way to share ideas without having to weed through profiles to find which videos different editors value the most among their work.

I have a love/hate relationship with my amvs. I am pretty unsatisfied with them all, but I hope that will change as I start putting more out.
I like my "Warmth of Blue" video mainly because I think I started changing more into my current style with that video. It uses too many rubberbands though and I honestly can't stand to watch it fully through anymore. It was a learning experience.
I think when I release my latest video it will be my favorite. Not because it's new, but because it's honestly my best work so far.

Hm. Though it's not technically the best, I still like my Star Ocean 2 video. I think it's the song. (Despite the awful sound quality in the video. ^_^; ) It's just got a nice vibe to it.
Though the ideas that are always my favorites are the ones that aren't done yet. I think I like planning out videos more than I like the finished product.

Well, if this is staying here, I'll post mine. Of course, the mods may move this as I'm typing, so hopefully this post doesn't fall on somebody's head.
I only have 4 vids up on the org, one "first-time", two "half-ass" and one "in progress". I like my "first time" AMV the best: "Macross Fan". (BTW, thanks for your op, Arigatomyna). It's basically a showcase of the different Macross series (sans Macross II and Macross Plus) because I'm a huge Macross Fan.
SUGGESTION FOR NEWBIES WHO ARE AS DUMB AS ME: Do NOT compress your captured clips repeatedly before making the final product! Macross Fan suffers from what is known as "DKWTHIDS", or, "Don't Know What the Heck I'm Doing Syndrome". Granted, I never knew about this place or the guides/FAQs when I made Macross Fan, but I could easily have learned how to compress video to get the highest quality possible. That said, I still enjoy watching my amatuerish video from time to time. Hopefully when I finish tweaking "Under the Stars" (Crest of the Stars AMV), it'll be even more enjoyable because of the real effort I put into it.
