Actually, he is doing something illegal. He's making a profit off of materials he is not legally allowed to distribute. So, we can contact eBay and politely ask them to remove such auctions.

Ebay is getting some mail from me as we speak. Distributing at cost is sketchy enough when it comes to copyright law....but at least it's fair and can be classified non profit....
but this is really missing out on the point of amv's altogether.
well, like jbone said, there is always the email defense...even if smacking them upside the head would feel a lot better...
