Hello. Ever since I began making AMVs with Adobe Premiere, I noticed that whenever I use motion on a video clip, the clip is fuzzy and just riddled with lines all over it, which makes it basically useless. This only happens when a video clip is moving over another video clip, not when resized and not moving though.
I heard that AbsoluteDestiny's Shamless Rock Video was created with just Premiere and VirtuaDub, both tools I currently use. But the motion in the video doesn't have these weird motion problems.
I have tested motion on two different computers and encountered the same problem on both.
Does anybody have this problem, and a solution for it? I apologize if the forum has been plagued by this question before, but I haven't found a specific post on this topic yet.

You need to browse through the various project settings and change the default "lower field first" for rendering into "no fields."
Note that you must do this within the project in order to view it properly, and then again upon exporting so that the exported video will not contain interlaving.
