Premiere 6.5

Hi there, got my copy of premiere and am on my way to AMV goodness, hopefully. Well, I was wondering how to make strobe flashes (those white flashes that when used too much, get really annoying) in the clips. If anyone can give any insight, it would be great. Thanks.

Simply insert a white image over and over at the interval that you want it to strobe at :|
