Pretty good for a first video. I got a little bored about halfway through... but that could easily be my short attention span 
. I'm not sure if you were trying to match lips at a few points or not... if you were, I guess you could do a better job with that. Some of the scenes didn't seem very relevant to me, but I could have just missed the meaning. Anyway, I liked it for the most part.
BTW, it would probably benifit you to put your file on a faster server or make it local. It took forever to download... Might turn peope away from watching it.
