For a WMV the quality it's pretty good , but I recommend you to compress your vids with mpegs or AVIs
About act sync , with songs like this , you must try to synchronize a little more the drums beats with something , and sometimes the pace/mood of the song was higher/faster than the action in the visuals
BUT
For a 1st vid this is very good
