Hey, guys. I'm having a problem with my video quality once I slow down a clip. Seems to get a little jiggly (for lack of a better word). *sweatdrop* It'll get worse as I reduce the speed even further...
I'm wondering if it's the software that I'm using, my hardware, or the clip itself. Should I be capturing clips in a specific format if I want to slow them down and not lose quality?
Any tips?

If you're using Premiere and you're not using interlaced source (read my guides at this site if you don't know what interlacing is) you need to right click on the clip, and I think the option is in Field Options and turn off "Deinterlace when speed is under 100%".
However realize that slowing down a clip is essentially trying to drag out a specific amount of frames over a period of time they were not meant to go across. Premiere will not automatically generate inbetween frames or anything like that (although it has a blend frames option but it's dreadfully slow and it sucks).
