I went to a convention and heard it was pretty good, but I don't know b/c I never saw it before. So I'm a little curious too.

Was it a good song? I've never seen a Noir AMV.

Anyway it's a show about 2 female assasins who are essentially trying to understand this secret political organization that is after their lives.

no, Kite and Noir are VERY different. Noir is much more child friendly, and has a better overall story in my opinion, the AMVs i have rock, especially Die Another Day. but yea, 2 female assasins trying to uncover an organization's plot to take their lives... or so it seems o.O

Well, "noir" means "black" in French. A stupid name, yes, but a great show.

I thought it was a reference to the (in)famous French "Film Noir" films
