just gonna say that the updated rules are up on the otakon BBS and will be up on the website by the end of the week. There is a change that all of you must see or else I won't be able to recieve the submission form.

I'll make sure that the submission form is in a downloadable .txt file.

.pdf format should be coming soon for both the rules and the submission form.

I'll be answering rules questions at my email "amv2004 at otakon dot com", or if you need a quicker answer, leave a post on the otakon BBS
