Star Scale List "Score" Modified

Hey All,

Going with the Top 10% List, the Top All-Time Star Scale List "score" has been modified. However, this list has some new juicy options.

The list can be filtered using a minimum and maximum number of star votes. This means that you can filter out all the old-timer videos that have gotten a ga-zillion star votes and instead focus on the new vids. The options are links at the top of the page.

A Bayesian curve has been applied to the star average and is labeled "score". The strait average is also still available as "stars". You can sort either by the Bayesian curved "score" or the strait "stars" average by clicking on the header. The default display is minimum of 5 votes, maximum unlimited, and ordered by "score". This should satisfy all members.
