Hi!
I have a question that someone maybe able to answer. I noticed certain effects while watching music videos. The effect is where a sort of flash or pulse will coincide with the beat of the song. Now my question is. Is there certain software or plugins that will do this effect for you, or are most people just applying the effect by listening to the beat? I am a long time user of Adobe Premiere, and I have always applied the effects to the beat of the song by timing it manually. If anyone knows of other ways to do this, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hmm, if I'm thinking of the same thing you are, it's just a repetitive cross dissolve into black or whatever color or video is on the second track.
Like if it's a Nine Inch Nails song, maybe a Cross Dissolve for each beat from 0-40% on each transition.
It's no special video effect unles you're actually looking for the strobe effect which I think sucks on premiere anyway. I never use it.
