anime fan wants to make own seires but needs help!!!!!!!!!!!

i need help i love anime and i got a story and i can draw it but how do i make it into a movie using windows movie maker i tried but i kept getting some kind of a delay in the photgraphs of my art work. please help[/b]

Nothing can throw off the timing like a program that meddles with the video's framerate to save space. The secret to getting the timing right is not to use variable framerate encoders like Windows Movie Maker in the first place. Try VirtualDub and (if you can afford the space) a lossless codec. (Try the new Lagarith codec: I find it works rather well for my current project.) If you can't afford the disk space for a lossless codec, get MPEG-2, XviD, or DivX 5, which are all very excellent lossy codecs.

The important thing is to have a constant framerate; you should never use the variable framerate encoder until everything is assembled, if at all. I should mention, too, that Windows Media in general is generally for amateurs anyway. If you're going to do something as advanced as creating your own anime series, use professional tools.

Well you said would be able to draw it correct? I'm doing something along the same idea but for my own amusement.

You are able to free hand draw and even fix your mistakes with the all famous adobe pen tool, (that and the white arrow that can adjust then pen points to the perfect angel or curve you wanted) paint can, and much much more.

This program is most commonly used to create flash websights though. But if you have ever visited 'Stick Death . Com' Flash just opens a whole new door of ideas....and sick humor....thats funny as hell

...BUT ANYWAYS!
I would recomend trying the flash program. You can easily find the program [MOD: for sale] just get the lates addition so you don't get any of the crapy versions of it.
