Okay everyone, we know we've had them. The people, that just spam, and spam, tell off newbies, help with nothing but sarcastic remarks, and generally piss everyone off. Who's the most memorable?

I'm thinking along the lines of Mad Hatter and his aliases. But I'm thinking mostly of Tallon/Juicy J.
