BTW, last I checked there weren't any "goth" anime characters...at least not in the tweenage angsty sorta way you're probably refering to.

You know actually though Lain is a pretty good example of a goth. All wannabe scary, angsty, dark and nonconformist on the outside, but really just a sweet, innocent, niave, teddy bear loving little girl on the inside.
