Tis my first AMV, and I'm pretty proud of it. I know Linkin Park's "Breaking The Habit" is probably a tad bit overused by now, but I couldn't resist. it just sounded perfect For SE Lain. Well, I did it in Windows Movie Maker II and you guys are welcomed to check it out... more like urged to ^_^...

Many thank yous for the opinion! Is it that wrong to use subtitles? Most of the animes I have are subtitled and those that aren't are on VHS tapes. One way I tried to get around it was to ease in on the clips that had subtitles, and that worked on most of them.
I intentionally left the "you" in the scene where Lain is strangling her counterpart because the 'you' appears right when the singer says "you all assume...". But if I could afford animes, I probably would try and stay away from subtitles because there were a few other cool clips I wanted to use but they had dialogue on them.
