Adobe Premiere 6 HELP!!!

Post by Ironfistviii » Tue Aug 10, 2004 2:32 pm

I have less than two weeks to finish a video and I can't do so until I get this problem resolved:

When I insert a transition, no mater what I set the settings to, it always goes from 0 to 100%. I am trying to blend two clips and have them remain blended for the duration at the same value (30%).

I have already reinstalled Adobe and installed the 6.02 update.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If it's a basic cross dissolve, then look in to the "rubberbands" in the Premiere help file. Those allow you to set various transperancy levels...

or if you don't feel like re-arranging your clips in the timeline... just say start 30% end 30% or 31% (1% over more than 5 frames is hardly noticable)
