I don't know if this Perfect Blue music video is your first video, but there are a few things that I would change to improve it
1) Get better quality footage so that scenes are not blurry
2) Don't have so many scenes layered on top of each other. This will make the video look cleaner and help with your first problem. Also with having so many of your scenes layered it can be hard to see exactly what is going on in the video.
3) I would shorten the beginning. The first time that I watched your video I thought that something was wrong with my speakers because I wasn't hearing anything.
There might be one or two other issues that need addressing, but these are the ones that I mainly noticed. Hope to check out this video again should you decide to change anything about it.
