Not Sure [how to upload]

i'm not sure if tis is suppose to be post in here but i dunno where already.Anyway,how do i upload my AMV using the FTP?I tried many kinds buy i do not noe how to use it.i always c the download thingy instead of uploading.

This is the correct place to post such a question though there is a sticky thread that explians the process only a couple of threads higher up on the page.

Also Moonslayer's site guide which can be found on the guides page has an in-depth explaination on how to upload videos to the site as well.
