What's your posture while editing?
Do you slouch, sit up straight, sit on your knees, what is it?
I tend to slouch while it's loading and am alert when I do overlays.

I sit up in my 'alert' position. This means I have one leg curled on the chair so my heel is almost under me, and the other leg is in a bent position pressing the edge of my desk - with my chair close enough that the desk hits my bent leg and keeps my back perfectly straight. It does mean that I'm somewhat tilted instead of looking directly at the screen - I look at an angle. And I switch legs (the bent one) every half hour or so - usually when I replace my coffee. This keeps my legs from getting uncomfortable.
When I'm rendering or something post-editing, I'm slouched with my legs stretched out under the desk and only my upper back pressing the chair - or I'm still in my bent-leg position, only I'm slouched so much that it's almost my ankle pressing the desk instead of my knee. I'm very bendy.
I spend most of my days in a chair at a desk (home, work, school, for years now) so I try to stay comfortable for hours of sitting. It's the same reason I don't look directly at the screen the entire time - keeps my eyes focusing on close-and-distance at random. I can edit for hours on end, but I have to keep shifting around so the position doesn't get boring or uncomfortable.

I generally sit in my chair with one leg under the other, sorta picture half Indian-style (excuse the lack of being politically correct). It makes it easier to spin the chair around. Til my foot goes numb
I listen to music quite a bit while editing, as much as that makes sense. At least during the still parts of my vids.
