Subtitles

Ok I really suck at this.
I have only made one AMV and I can't even upload it without big problems =P

Anyway.. can someone please help me when it comes to subtitles?
I don't know how to make them disappear. =/

I use Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

Or there is the other way of not useing any footage that has subtitles.
