I'm going to assume that by "ogg file" you meant Ogg Media, i.e. OGM.

<a href="http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net">VirtualDubMod</a> can process and convert OGM files just fine.

Hell of a way to be off topic buddy.

1. Click My Downloads
2. Stop getting off topic and post this stuff somewhere else in the future

I used VirtualDubMod and it turned a 1 hour 30 minute movie into a 98 GB file. Anyway to make it smaller??

pick a different codec. Or create an AVS file instead, then you don't have to do anything. (So to speak.)
Basically you are taking a compressed file and converting it into another format, presumably to edit with. Just remember, the more times you send your footage through the washer the worse it's going to get.
Build a man a fire, and he will be warm for a night. Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

Or use Direct Stream Copy, considering most OGM files use DivX/XviD. Then AVS/different codec to process clips or whatever.
