Naruto - Boulevard of Broken Dreams
Just recently finished... er, well, got it all compressed and such. I entered it at AnimeFest '05 and got Creator's Choice Award at Nan Desu Kan '05. Hope you like it.

By the way, I thought I should point out that the guy responsible for making this bootleg goes by the name of Party Ben.
But I've never been quite sure on what the Org's policy on such mixes is as far as properly crediting the artists (when I used "Under Ice", I credited both of the original artists *and* the guy who made the mix, just to be safe), so.

Err... Linkin Park is not Green Day, nor Oasis, nor any of the other artists sampled in this mash-up :).TwilightSora wrote:This song is probably the most overused one of all the Linkin Park songs, so it would be best to choose a different one.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with using any song (nevermind artist), even if it's "over-done". If you can do it well (and even before that, simply have a blast working on it, yourself), that's all that matters.

I really liked your vid at NDK, even though I wanted to hate it for being a Naruto video. Congrats. Oh yeah, I'm the Ghost in the Shell guy who also won, remember?
I'll leave you an op when I like... get around to it.

Well partially your right, it depends on how good you do it but then again I've see a lot of people post saying "that song is so overused, your being un-original and i want even bother looking at it". For those closed minded few if your song is a popular one they kinda get tired of it in AMV's. But that just my opinion.VegettoEX wrote:Err... Sorry, if I'm spamming your post in a way, my bad, I'm out.

At first I only saw the end of this at normal contest showing, and didn't see the rest of it until afterwards at the awards ceremony. I liked the over-all concept of the video, and I definitely liked certain parts more than others (the end with Rock Lee was definitely amusing ). The major part of the video that I didn't like was the lip-synch at the beginning, espeically since (from what I remember) is only there for that little bit. I think that the lip synch was a bit distracting and that normal scenes could have conveyed the over-all emotion much better (especially since you do this later in the video). So to me, that part seemed like a bit of a cop-out.
Overall though, I did like this vid, and it did look like a nice amount of effort went into it, so nice job
